RETURNS AND THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAW
1. Returns due to manufacturing defects
The Customer may return to TWENTY VIOLETS, free of charge, any product that presents a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the products contracted, the Customer will have a period of three days to notify TWENTY VIOLETS of the manufacturing defect. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the Customer.
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them will not incur any additional cost to the Customer.
In order to formalize the return, the Customer must contact TWENTY VIOLETS within the three-day time limit, either through the Contact Form or the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the product or products to be returned, enclosing a photograph and a detailed list of defects.
Once TwentyViolets has received the communication from the Customer, it will inform you within 4 business days whether or not to return the product. In the event of a return, TwentyViolets will indicate to the Customer the form of collection or shipment of defective product to the TwentyViolets offices / warehouses.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its original labels, packaging and accessories that come with it. In case of failure to do so by Customer, TwentyViolets reserves the right to refuse return.
Once the product is received and the defects verified, TwentyViolets will allow the Customer to replace the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible.
In the event that, due to lack of stock, another product of identical characteristics can not be dispatched, the Customer may choose between resolving the contract (i.e. refunding the amounts paid) or requesting the dispatch of another model the Customer may choose.
The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or of the new model that the Customer chooses, as appropriate, will be realized in the next 3-5 working days counting from the date in which TwentyViolets confirms to the Customer the substitution of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
The replacement, the sending of a new model, and the termination of contract will not involve additional expenses for the Customer.
If the Customer terminates the contract, TwentyViolets will refund the entire amount paid to Customer for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).
TwentyViolets informs Customers that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the method of payment that the Customer would have used when buying the product:
- If the Customer has made the payment by credit / debit card, TwentyViolets will refund the amount paid within 15 calendar days once the Customer decides to terminate the contract.
- If the Customer has made the payment through PayPal, TwentyViolets will refund the amount paid within 24-48 business hours after the Customer decides to terminate the contract.
2. Withdrawl from order
In the event that the Customer is not satisfied with the products received in their order, the Customer, in accordance with article 44 of Law 7/1996 of Retail Commerce, will have a period of ten (10) business days to totally or partially return the order.
However, the Customer will bear the direct cost of returning the product to TwentyViolets, whether the order in full or whether only part of the order is returned.
To formalize the return, the Customer must contact TwentyViolets at the email address: email@example.com . Upon receiving such communication, TwentyViolets will indicate the way the order must sent to its offices or warehouses.
The costs of returning the order will be borne directly by the Customer.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and original accessories that come with it. Failure to do so by the Customer, or if the product has suffered any damage, the Customer agrees that the product may suffer a depreciation or that TwentyViolets may be refuse the return.
Once TwentyViolets checks that the order is in good condition, it will proceed to return all the amounts paid by the Customer.
TwentyViolets informs Clients that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the Customer would have used when buying the product and that the guidelines will be the same as those indicated in the Return for Manufacturing Defects.
In any case, TwentyViolets will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 18 calendar days following the date on which the Customer has informed of its decision to withdraw from the contract.
Notwithstanding the foregoing and given the nature of the product sold, TwentyViolets will not accept the return of baskets, only changes will be accepted.
TwentyViolets will not, under any circumstances, receive parcels due.
Nor will any changes or returns be accepted in a distribution channel other than those indicated in each case by TwentyViolets.
The Customer should be aware that, due to the character of the cotton used in the manufacturing process, some colors or shapes of the articles may vary slightly in relation to the images displayed on the website.
PRODUCT CHANGE POLICY
The Customer will have a period of 10 days to change the product purchased for another, at his choice and which is offered on the Web Site.
To formalize the return, the Customer must contact TWENTY VIOLETS through the Contact Form or the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the product or products subject to change and the new selection.
The cost of transporting these changes will be FREE for the Customer only in Spain, and for all products except baskets.
